As an Outside Sales Representative 1 (Setter), you’ll start in the field, meeting homeowners and introducing them to R3’s services. Your primary role is simple: offer complimentary property inspections. You do not perform the inspection yourself. Once the homeowner agrees, you hand the opportunity off to an Outside Sales Representative 2 (Closer)—who conducts the inspection and finalizes the contingency agreement. This structure allows you to excel at what you do best: meeting people, building rapport, and creating high-quality leads that convert into sales.
