Compensation & BenefitsTop pay based on experience and position: Climber $35.00 - $45.00 CDL $26.00 - $35.00 Non-CDL $22.00 - $25.00 Year-round work availability. ResponsibilitiesExecute daily tree work safely and efficiently, operating as part of a highly professional crew. Resist rushed, volume-focused practices by maintaining a strong emphasis on quality and safety at all times. Operate and respect heavily invested, top-tier company equipment. Engage actively in continuous education and high-level training programs provided by the company. Take personal pride in all work completed on site. Transport equipment and personnel to job sites safely (applicable to CDL Driver roles). RequirementsProven experience in the tree service industry, 3 years minumum. Direct experience in at least one of the following roles: Climber, Foreman, Ground Crew, or CDL Driver. A strong commitment to building a long-term career in the tree care industry. Dedication to stringent safety standards and professional conduct. Willingness to participate in paid training and ongoing education.
