TitleLearning & Development GeneralistLocation:Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey 07632ScheduleOnsite | Monday – Friday | Standard Business HoursTypeOngoing Contract | 12-Months | Likely ExtensionsSummaryOur client is seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Generalist to support the design, execution, and management of enterprise learning initiatives. This role is highly collaborative and execution-focused, supporting L&D program development, leadership development initiatives, and project management across the organization.The ideal candidate is a self-starter and fast learner with strong analytical and organizational skills, experience coordinating learning programs, and the ability to work cross-functionally with L&D Program Managers, Training Facilitators, Instructional Designers, and HR partners. This is a fully onsite role supporting high-impact learning initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesL&D & Leadership DevelopmentDesign and support learning and leadership development programs aligned with organizational goalsConduct training needs analysis and analyze survey feedback to identify skill gapsDevelop and maintain L&D dashboards and program metricsFacilitate training sessions as neededSupport instructional design and development of learning materialsProject ManagementManage project timelines, calendars, and communication plans for L&D initiativesProvide operational and administrative program supportCreate and update training materials, including presentations, guides, and eLearning contentTrack KPIs and ensure alignment with program objectivesLearning Management System (LMS)Manage LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone OnDemand), including course uploads and learner assignmentsEnsure accuracy of training records and generate completion and performance reportsVendor ManagementCoordinate with external vendors to support and integrate learning solutionsMetrics & AnalyticsDevelop scorecards and quarterly summaries to measure learning impactAnalyze program data and feedback to continuously improve learning initiativesRequired Skills & ExperienceEducationBachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related fieldExperience2–4 years of experience in Learning & DevelopmentExperience supporting or coordinating L&D programs and projectsCore SkillsL&D program developmentLeadership development supportProject management and coordinationInstructional design fundamentalsLMS administration (Cornerstone OnDemand or similar)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS OfficeProfessional StrengthsStrong organizational and analytical skillsAbility to manage timelines and deliverablesCustomer-focused mindset with strong communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Tableau or similar analytics toolsFamiliarity with leadership development frameworks and methodologiesExperience creating eLearning modules or training materials
