Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Oversee CVA enrollment processAnalysis of contract performance ensuring financial health on existing contractsManages contract balance sheets and provides necessary documentation for tax and audit purposes ensuring balance sheet and profit & loss statement accounting is accurateManage a team of contract administratorsBuilds standard work processes related to contract administration and trains the organization on these processesCreation of monthly reports on contract performance to inform service leadership on performanceManages requests for administrative materialsManages DBS data interface and data validationEnsures deferred and electronic invoicing is complete monthlyReviews work orders for proper contract billingReports TM&R financial statement monthlySupports Equipment Management staff to ensure maintenance and repair work orders are opened on time with correct informationCollaborates with service teams to ensure work order data is accurate for contractsOther duties as assigned by managerSupervisory ResponsibilitiesHire, train, direct, and develop staffProvide regular performance feedback and conduct annual performance reviews for team of contract adminsRequired Education And ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GEDSome College or Trade School PreferredSome leadership experience preferred3+ years accounting or project finance experience3+ years administrative/clerical experiencePhysical Demands & CompetenciesStanding, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearingSedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing but may require occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 poundsData Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skillsSafety & Product KnowledgeIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ExcelIntermediate knowledge of DBSTravel Requirements10- 25%Work EnvironmentNoise: QuietIndoorsOther DutiesJob Offers are contingent upon all required pre-employment screenings which may include but are not limited to background checks, drug/alcohol testing, fit for duty testing, and any other job-related tests/screenings.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
