We combine advanced aesthetics, integrative wellness, refined hospitality, and a personalized patient experience.Our wellness services are designed around long-term patient relationships, preventative aging, metabolic health, vitality, and personalized optimization.Position OverviewWe are seeking a clinically grounded Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to serve as the primary provider for our Integrative Wellness and Body & Soul services.This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys relationship-based care, wellness optimization, patient education, and building a loyal patient base over time. The provider will work within a physician-led practice with established protocols, medical director oversight, front-office support, and a concierge-style patient experience.The role includes integrative wellness consultations, metabolic and weight management care, hormone optimization support, peptide protocols, IV therapy oversight, Good Faith Exam workflows, wellness clearance, and med spa aesthetic clinical reviews within scope of practice and clinic protocols.Clinical ScopeThe provider will support and deliver care across Beauté Paris’ wellness and medical aesthetics categories, including:Integrative wellness consultations and follow-up visitsConcierge wellness memberships and transformation plansGLP-1 weight management and metabolic optimizationHormone optimization, including BHRT and TRT where appropriatePeptide and cellular signaling protocolsIV nutrition and wellness therapiesWellness clearance and treatment suitability reviewsGood Faith Exam support and med spa aesthetic clinical reviewsLab review, patient education, documentation, and follow-up careKey ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive wellness consultations and follow-up visitsReview labs, symptoms, medical history, patient goals, and treatment responseManage patient care within physician-led protocols and documentation standardsSupport weight management, hormone optimization, peptide, IV therapy, and wellness protocolsSupport Good Faith Exam workflows, clinical reviews, contraindication screening, and escalation when neededProvide med spa aesthetic clinical reviews and treatment suitability assessments where appropriateEducate patients on treatment plans, expectations, safety, lifestyle support, and long-term wellness goalsBuild and retain a loyal wellness patient base through trust, outcomes, and continuity of careCollaborate with ownership, the medical director, and the front-office team to support a refined patient experienceMaintain accurate documentation and follow all applicable clinical, legal, and practice standardsQualificationsActive Texas PA-C or FNP license in good standingPrescriptive authority required or ability to obtain required prescriptive authority before beginning applicable dutiesMust have, or be able to obtain, an individual NPI and DEA registration as required for the roleMust be willing to complete any required practice address, delegation, credentialing, or prescribing setup before performing applicable servicesExperience in integrative wellness, functional medicine, internal medicine, preventive care, hormone optimization, weight management, IV therapy, or related fields preferredComfortable reviewing laboratory panels and managing longitudinal patient careFamiliarity with Good Faith Exam workflows, treatment clearance, contraindication screening, and clinical documentation preferredStrong patient education and communication skillsProfessional, polished, and comfortable working with a discerning patient populationInterest in metabolic health, longevity, regenerative medicine, hormone optimization, and performance wellnessAbility to work within physician-led protocols, medical director oversight, and established practice standardsMotivation to build and retain a personal wellness patient base within a supported clinical environmentCompensation and GrowthStarting at $50.00+ per hourHigher hourly
