Job Title: Procurement ManagerLocation: Somerset, NJ (Onsite)Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in the travel industry to oversee sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations. The role requires strategic thinking, cost optimization, and effective stakeholder management to support business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, negotiation, and contract managementDevelop and maintain relationships with travel vendors (airlines, hotels, transport providers)Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure budget adherenceAnalyze procurement data and generate reports using Microsoft Office toolsEnsure compliance with procurement policies and industry standardsCollaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and deliver procurement solutionsMonitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvementRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field8+ years of procurement experience, preferably in the travel industryStrong negotiation and vendor management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Excellent analytical and communication skillsPreferred Skills:Experience in travel procurement and global vendor managementStrong understanding of contracts, SLAs, and complianceAbility to work onsite in Somerset
