About Triple ChecklistTriple Checklist is an AI-native platform for running complex legal transactions, used by leading law firms and in-house legal teams.We’re VC-backed and entering the next phase of the company, which requires building agentic systems that operate reliably in high-trust, high-stakes environments.About the roleSkills: TypeScript, Next.js, LLM systems, agent orchestration, workflow automationThis is a founding engineering role with real ownership. You’ll define the company’s core architecture and how agentic systems operate in production. You’ll work directly with the founder and make key technical decisions from day one.What you’ll work onDesign and build agent-driven workflows that operate across multi-step transaction processes.Develop backend services and APIs that power agent execution and persistent transaction state.Implement secure, reliable integrations with third-party systems and external APIsCreate intuitive, high-signal UI that makes complex transaction state legible and actionable.Build context management and retrieval systems capable of handling large, evolving bodies of transaction data.Optimize performance and reliability in high-trust production environments.Shape system architecture, product direction, and engineering culture.Who we’re looking forYou’re independent. Open to strong US-based candidates.Compensation$125K - $250K base salary, 0.5% - 3% equity.
