The RN will provide high-quality patient care, promote wellness, and ensure adherence to established nursing standards and facility policies. This is a PRN (as-needed) position, offering flexible scheduling and competitive pay.Key Responsibilities:Deliver direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress.Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members.Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and treatments.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.Required Qualifications:Valid RN license in the state of Maryland.Minimum of 1 year of nursing experienceCurrent BLS/CPR certificationStrong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.Ability to work flexible PRN hours including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.How to Apply:Submit your updated resume.
