Build a Primary Care Practice With the Support of an Established Wellness Clinic Network NIVA Health is launching a dedicated Primary Care service line across our established wellness clinics in Michigan and Florida. This is a unique opportunity for a physician who wants more than simply stepping into an existing patient panel. At NIVA, you’ll have the opportunity to help build and grow a modern Primary Care practice within a well-supported clinical environment — with the autonomy, influence, and long-term growth potential that comes with it. While our wellness clinics are already established and operational, Primary Care is a new and expanding focus area for the organization. We are looking for physicians who are energized by the opportunity to grow a practice, build patient relationships from the ground up, and help shape the future of Primary Care at NIVA Health. Importantly, this is a dedicated Primary Care role. Our wellness services are managed separately by Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, allowing physicians in this role to remain fully focused on Primary Care medicine. What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive Primary Care services including preventive, acute, and chronic care management Build and grow your patient panel over time Develop long-term patient relationships centered on continuity of care Help shape clinical workflows, patient experience, and operational processes for the Primary Care division Collaborate with an established multidisciplinary clinical and operational team Practice medicine in an environment designed to support quality care rather than rushed patient volume What Makes This Opportunity Different The opportunity to build something meaningful The support of an established clinic infrastructure Operational and leadership backing from NIVA Health Autonomy in clinical practice Long-term growth potential tied to the success of the practice Who Thrives Here Enjoy building and growing a practice Value autonomy and ownership Want meaningful influence in shaping a care model Prioritize patient relationships and continuity of care Are comfortable with growth-stage environments and helping establish a new service line Prefer collaborative, patient-centered medicine over high-volume systems Qualifications Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active medical license in Michigan Strong communication and relationship-building skills Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation structure Profit-sharing opportunity aligned with clinic growth Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Malpractice coverage 401(k) with company matching Paid time off Wellness benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
