Service Coordinator and Bobtail Driver

Service CoordinatorJob Duties: Responsible for overseeing and implementing all fuel and propane service work in the field and at the officeWork in the field as necessary setting tanks, doing visual inspections, providing pumping station training, etc.Bulk plant inspectionsMonitor emergency calls & dispatch bobtail and peddle trucks after hours and on weekendsCommunicate and Coordinate with the Customer Service Manager and CSRsCommunicate and Coordinate with the propane and fuel salespeopleCommunicate effectively with new and existing customersPerform random truck inspections in a timely manner as directed by the HR managerComplete assigned tasks and projects in a timely mannerSell products and services to potential customers on the phone or in the officePurchase Fuel Tanks and partsPurchase Propane Service ProductsTrain service techsLoad customer bulk trucks when necessaryOrganize & Maintain all aspects of the Oil BarnDistribute Discharge System Inspection forms to drivers on the 1st of each month and collectMaintain pumping station employee training programMaintain pumping station maintenance programMonth End Inventoryo Tank Inventoryo Purged gallonso Cased goods inventoryo Bulk oil inventory Job Requirements:Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing prioritiesAccuracy and attention to detailAble to work independently with some directionEffective listening and good phone skillsProblem-solving and analytical abilityComfortable in fast-paced environmentCapable of following written instructions and documented proceduresTeam player who works productively with a wide range of peopleAble to perform math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)Pass a drug screen and background checkValid CDL B driver’s license ( with Hazmat & Tanker endorsements) and clean driving recordEducation: High school diploma/GED requiredExperience: Minimum 3 years in similar position preferred
