Project Superintendent – HRSG/Boiler Outage Services
Job DescriptionThis is a remote position. This position is responsible for the on‐site execution and supervision of HRSG and boiler outage projects at combined cycle gas power plants. The Project Superintendent will lead field crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and timelines.RequirementsCandidate Requirements5+ years of experience in power generation, with a strong background in HRSG or boiler outage workProven leadership in managing field crews and subcontractors on industrial job sitesStrong understanding of outage planning, safety protocols, and quality controlAbility to interpret technical drawings, scopes of work, and project schedulesExcellent communication and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project); familiarity with project management software is a plusWillingness to travel to job sites as needed (up to 65%)Ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers, Estimators, and Client RepresentativesAdhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations, site‐specific safety protocols, and company safety policies during all operations.This position reports to the Construction Manager and plays a key role in ensuring successful project delivery for BREMCO's outage services.BenefitsCompetitive base salary with annual bonus potentialHealth, dental, and disability insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and sick leaveCompany‐provided tools, laptop, phone, and expense account#J-18808-Ljbffr
