The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of IT experience with a strong systems/generalist background, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal IT and Security teams.This role involves configuring collaboration platforms, supporting SSO and directory integrations, testing user experiences, documenting solutions, and assisting with enterprise rollout initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute rollout and implementation plans for enterprise collaboration technologiesPerform hands-on configuration and customization of collaboration tools in partnership with internal IT teamsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to collaboration platforms and user accessConfigure system controls and settings to improve customer and end-user experienceSet up and maintain test workspaces and environmentsCollaborate with Security teams to implement and support SSO, Active Directory, and identity management integrationsDocument technical solutions, workflows, implementation procedures, and troubleshooting guidesCreate presentations and supporting documentation for internal stakeholdersAnalyze system behavior and recommend process or configuration improvementsParticipate in testing, validation, and user acceptance activities during deploymentsRequired Qualifications3–5 years of experience in IT systems, collaboration technologies, or enterprise support environmentsFamiliarity with enterprise collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365 or similar toolsExperience with SSO, Active Directory, identity/access management, or authentication workflowsStrong troubleshooting and analytical/problem-solving skillsExperience configuring and supporting enterprise applications and user environmentsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience creating technical documentation and PowerPoint presentationsCritical thinking and attention to detailPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting collaboration or productivity platforms in enterprise environmentsExposure to testing environments and rollout coordinationUnderstanding of security controls and user access managementExperience working with cross-functional IT and Security teamsSkillsCollaboration Tools AdministrationSystems ConfigurationTroubleshooting & SupportSSO / Active DirectoryDocumentation & ReportingTesting & ValidationCommunication & Presentation SkillsCritical Thinking
