We are actively seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at AIL. This role plays a pivotal part in driving business growth by securing high-quality appointments and initiating the early stages of the sales cycle. As a key member of our sales force, you will be instrumental in identifying and engaging potential clients, effectively setting the stage for successful sales interactions and fostering lasting business relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients directly, effectively conveying the value and benefits of Alpha Imprint LLC's offerings. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and qualifying leads, establishing rapport with decision-makers, and ultimately securing meetings that align with our sales objectives. Effectively solicit new leads and close new accounts for businesses. Qualify potential customers to assess their interest and fit for the company products. Increase sales by cold calling, telemarketing, networking meetings, social media & more. Manage leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities. Use CRM to manage sales and follow all company standards and formats in presentations, proposals, and in professionalism. Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and industry developments to inform sales strategies. Must possess an aggressive, persistent, and strong work ethic with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE WORK REQUIRED Minimum 3+ Sales Experience Prior B2B experience in Promotional Products/ Signage/Furniture industry Strong organizational, time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in managing sales pipelines. Strong competitive attitude with demonstrated self-motivation and exceptional work ethic. Have self-discipline to work without a lot of direct supervision. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully. Regular and punctual attendance. Capability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. if required. Extended periods of sitting and computer use. Clear and effective verbal communication skills.
