Job Description Job OverviewWe are seeking Pole Barn Installers who are detail oriented and hard working.ResponsibilitiesOperate heavy equipment such as forklifts and other farm machinery safely to transport materials around the job site.Use hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical devices to cut, shape, and secure structural components.Lift heavy materials regularly while maintaining proper safety procedures to prevent injury.Install structural elements including posts, trusses, roofing panels, siding, and doors with precision.Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while adhering to safety standards at all times.RequirementsProven construction experienceMechanical knowledge with experience operating heavy equipment, forklifts, and power tools.Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during construction tasks.
