Territory Manager/Sales Representative

Company: Mosaic Art Group Job Summary: The Territory Manager/ Sales Representative is responsible for managing and expanding sales within a designated territory for Mosaic Art Group. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent customer service skills, and a good understanding of the framing and molding industry. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients within the assigned territory - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs and concerns - Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas set for the territory - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities - Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or questions they may have regarding products or services. - Maintain a deep understanding of the products, including features, benefits, and applications - Collaborate with other team members, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to align efforts and achieve common goals. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions - Provide technical sales support and product training to customer - Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs effectively - Gather and relay client feedback to the company to help improve products and services - Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales, account management, or related field - Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently - Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business growth - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Word for preparing reports and presentations - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we encourage you to apply for the Territory Representative position.
