Software EngineerLocation: Dallas, TX (In-Office) Job Requirements Analyze business requirements Design robust Scalable data management solutions on premise and in cloud platforms to address enterprise data needs Conduct feasibility analysis Design data architecture, configuration management and deployment process Develop data modeling strategies Recommend process improvement Develop strategy to automate and optimize data pipelines; manage full data lifecycle including ingestion, data storage and optimization, archival strategy, workflow deletion Provide technical guidance to Software Programmers Conduct code review Design and implement data governance, security, and compliance solutions Train end users Document data architecture, pipeline designs, and operational procedures Develop and execute test plans to ensure system reliability, data quality, and compliance Identify and resolve technical problems Monitor and manage project development to ensure technical competency and on time delivery Qualifications Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems and Information Technology, or related field of study and three years of software experience or Bachelor’s degree and five years of post-baccalaureate and progressive software experience. Three years of experience with data lifecycle management, Python, SQL, ETL development, data pipeline automation, Oracle, Docker/Kubernetes, and GCP/AWS.
