We offer a competitive compensation package, generous paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.What We Offer:Competitive compensation: $70-$75/hrGenerous Paid Time OffPaid HolidaysHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceFull CEU opportunities401(k) Retirement PlanLimited travel for in-home servicesService Locations:Hybrid positions supporting home, virtual, daycare, and early learning center servicesSchedule:Monday – Friday - Choose your own hours!BCBA Responsibilities:Develop individualized behavior intervention plans to reduce challenging behaviors and teach functional skillsConduct ABA assessments, such as VB-MAPP, AFLS, and other functional and skill-based evaluationsDesign and customize data-driven treatment plans based on assessment resultsProvide parent training and family support to ensure consistent implementation across environmentsReview and maintain data collection systems for ongoing ABA programsMonitor program effectiveness and modify treatment plans as neededProvide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and leadershipReport client progress and treatment updates to the Clinical Director on a monthly basisQualifications:Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related fieldBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) in good standingWillingness to obtain Ohio Board Certification (COBA)Experience developing behavior and skill acquisition programsFamiliarity with ABA data collection platforms (Catalyst preferred)About Us:At Advanced Behavioral Therapy (ABT), we are deeply committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.
