Teachers at PRAIRIE LEA ISD are responsible for creating and delivering engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, evaluating student progress, and providing individualized support. Additional responsibilities include participating in professional development sessions, collaborating with colleagues, and maintaining open communication with students, parents, and staff to ensure academic and personal success for all learners.QualificationsExperience in Lesson Planning and curriculum design to meet diverse learning needsStrong foundation in Education methodologies and best practicesExcellent Communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleaguesProficiency in Teaching and classroom management techniques for diverse age groupsAbility to utilize Training strategies to foster learning and skill developmentBachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; advanced degrees are a plusValid Texas teaching certification or eligibility to obtain certificationAdaptability to meet the diverse needs of students in a dynamic classroom environment
