Mechanical Assembler
*Position Summary*
The Mechanical Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling wireless infrastructure equipment and related components in a production environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to follow engineering drawings and assembly instructions to produce high-quality finished products.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with small mechanical and electrical components.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
* Assemble electromechanical equipment and subassemblies used in wireless infrastructure systems.
* Follow assembly instructions, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and bills of material (BOM).
* Install and secure mechanical components including brackets, panels, fasteners, anchors, and mounting hardware.
* Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to complete assemblies.
* Identify and report defective components, missing materials, or assembly issues.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow safety procedures.
* Assist with packaging and preparation of finished equipment for shipment when needed.

* Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
* Comfortable working with small components, hardware, and wiring.
* Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and technical drawings.
* Ability to use basic hand tools and small power tools.

*Preferred Qualifications*
* Previous electromechanical assembly or manufacturing experience.
* Experience assembling telecommunications or electronic equipment.
* Basic understanding of electrical components and connectors.
*Physical Requirements*
* Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
* Frequent use of hands for small-component assembly.
* Good visual acuity for detailed work.
*Compensation and Benefits*
* *Hourly Pay:* $18 – $20 per hour (based on experience)
