Unity Technologies is seeking an Experienced Program Manager to lead a Aircraft and Commodities Maintenance Support contract at Hill AFB. The ideal candidate will possess a strong military background with aircraft maintenance and depot experience, a proven track record in program management, and a current Secret or TS clearance. This role requires exceptional organizational and leadership skills to manage budgets, staffing, project timelines, and labor support effectively. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Collaborate closely with customers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to understand their operational needs and translate them into actionable program requirements. Manage and optimize programs related to aircraft support systems, infrastructure needs, and routine maintenance, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial accountability. Establish and monitor project timelines, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution and delivery. Analyze program performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular program updates to leadership and key stakeholders, including safety and mishap reporting, work hazard analysis, and hazard reporting. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proven experience in program management, preferably within a military or aviation maintenance/depot environment. Active Secret clearance required. PMP Certification preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in budget development and financial management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Military experience is highly preferred. Knowledge of the Occupational, Safety and Health Act (OSHA) (Public Law 91-596) and the resulting standards, OSHA Standards 29 CFR 1910 and 1926, as applicable. Familiarity with Air Force Occupational Safety and Health Standards (AFOSH STD), to include DAFMAN 91-203, Air Force Occupational Safety, Fire, and Health Standards, DAFI 91-204, Safety Investigations and Reports, Contract Safety.
