V3Main is looking for a Sr Program Manager to manage IT Outsourced Managed Information Security Services for its client.
The Program Manager of Information Security services will be responsible for management and monitoring of client’s enterprise security operations and provision of end-user training on security policies, standards, and procedures. The program manager will oversee 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC) services with smart technology to ensure that all devices on the client’s network are secure with current patches and optimized configurations. The program manager will oversee the automation of SOC detection, isolation, and remediation to the extent possible and produce weekly operating and executive-level dashboards based on SOC monitoring and the status of the current risk environment. The program manager will manage client’s intrusion detection systems (IDS) and intrusion prevention systems (IPS) and execute on vulnerability and penetration testing of applications and other components of enterprise at a frequency designated by client. While client will define its cybersecurity policy, the Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the policy and will be expected to contribute to policy revisions and analysis.

Job Responsibilities:
Coordinates with Program contract officers to enable the implementation of client solutions, technical strategies, goals and objectives. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with stakeholders, peers, vendors and partners. Manages the Gating process end to end and facilitates the coordination across multiple agencies within the client organization.
The Program Manager will be responsible to work with enterprise PMO for standardization across the Organizations and key initiatives for this role will be: Standard Processes, Standard Tools for Reporting purposes, Standard Operating Rhythm and Training Project Managers.
Responsible of providing direction, prioritization and structure to a multiple vendor team to enable efficient implementation and execution of the enterprise projects implementation.
Provides oversight to ensure the program’s/project’s approach and deliverables comply with company, client, quality, industry, and regulatory requirements. Facilitates and/or coordinates regular program/project reviews with staff and leadership to ensure consistent reporting and visibility to statement of work progress and utilization of best practices. Includes but not limited to use recruitment, risk issues and mitigations, opportunities management and progress reports. Provides input on program and/or project goals, objectives and related metrics to ensure alignment with company vision/strategy. Supports staff in resolving or removing roadblocks to programs and projects. Measures and reports on performance to plan.
Builds strategic cross-functional and cross-organizational partnerships and alliances with stakeholders, peers and direct reports to resolve problems, improve processes or achieve goals. Develops and maintains highly constructive and cooperative interpersonal relationships with others.
Creates a culture of continuous improvement by communicating/deploying enterprise best practices and team engagement to improve cost, quality, delivery, job satisfaction and client satisfaction. Identifies opportunities to improve departmental processes.
Establishes and/or implements policies, procedures and documents to ensure consistent execution of processes within department/unit. Develops plans to ensure appropriate utilization of employee skills. Ensures proper job classifications of employees, collaborates with employees to develop goals, objectives and developmental plans and manages, evaluates and documents performance to plan on a regular, reoccurring basis.
Guides and helps the organization’s technical teams to understand and establish baselines. Leads the overall change management processes that drives technical decisions through the integrated schedules, and helps to establish and measure the Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) as utilized by Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
Acts as an integral member of the IT Disaster Recovery Team, participating in the development and execution of disaster recovery plans and procedures.
Promotes and adheres to departmental and organizational information security policies, standards, and procedures.
Job Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a computer science or a related field.
Requires 8-10 years of related infrastructure project/program management experience
Requires skills in the following areas:
Windows and linux server environment
SAN and NAS storage knowledge
Experience with mobile device management and device lifecycle
Business continuity and disaster recovery planning
Networking fundamentals
Relationship management
Project management
Wide area networking
Budget planning
Resource management
Trend analysis

Preferred qualifications:
PMP or Agile or equivalent certifications
Public Sector experience
Experience managing projects over $50M
Any infrastructure certifications like ITIL or MCSE, CCIE, CCNA
