We only use the best ingredients available to make every meal remarkable.Job Summary:Their main duties include preparing and cooking food in a specific station, cleaning up prep areas and making sure the kitchen is stocked.Responsibilities:Setting up cook stations and stocking them with the necessary prep suppliesPreparing food on the line, as needed, by cutting, mixing, chopping, and making saucesCooking items on the line by grilling, frying, chopping, sauteing, and broiling to quality guidelines and standardized recipesMaintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards (like creating and following a restaurant cleaning checklist) that comply with state and local food safety and sanitation regulationsHandling and storing food safely and properlyTakes inventory counts before and after shifts, completes food inventory or storage sheetsAbility to work on weekends, stand for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds Qualifications:Basic written and verbal communication skillsOrganizational skillsAccuracy and speed in executing tasksAbility to work as a team memberFollows directions and instructions Benefits/Perks:Same/Next-Day Pay (optional)Paid WeeklyPaid TrainingAn extensive and well-rounded training programContinued career development and growth opportunitiesMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife, accidental, and short-term disability Insurance
