Job DescriptionWe are a leading hard money lending firm specializing in real estate investment financing. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Funder to join our team and ensure efficient and accurate funding processes.The Funder will be responsible for managing the funding process for real estate investment loans. This includes reviewing loan documents, coordinating with title companies, verifying compliance with company policies, and ensuring the timely disbursement of funds. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate, lending, or financial services, with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Review and verify loan documents for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with title companies, borrowers, and internal teams to ensure all funding requirements are met. Prepare and distribute loan funding instructions to ensure proper disbursement of funds. Maintain compliance with company policies, state regulations, and lending guidelines. Ensure all conditions of the loan approval are met prior to funding. Provide excellent customer service to borrowers and stakeholders throughout the funding process. Assist in resolving any funding-related issues or discrepancies that may arise. Maintain accurate records of all funding activities and ensure timely updates in the company’s loan management system. Enter any overnight packages that come from UPS or FedExQualifications:2+ years of experience in a funding, or loan processing role (preferably within real estate or lending). Familiarity with real estate loan documents, and title procedures. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with loan management software. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. A team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
