Administrative Assistant - ALL CLINIC Float

This position is for an Administrative Assistant who will float between all Front Range Clinics from Boulder to Colorado Springs and occasionally travel to others through out the state.40 hours per week schedule will very on comany needsJob duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Cover clinics when PTO and Sick time is requestedAbility to travel to all clinicsAbility to be flexible and pivot when necessaryAdjusting your schedule at moments when someone calls out or is a no-showSupport supervisor in additional assigned tasks to improve system processes and flowsAnswer phone calls from other admins outside of your shift to monitor coverage needs and support as necessaryTrack the Google Spaces and ensure response to chats to help support other team membersAnswering phones, forwarding calls to appropriate staff, and taking messages as needed.Responding to phone and in-person inquiries about intake and transfer procedures.Distributing office correspondence/faxes to the appropriate staff.Ensuring effective communication among various departments in the clinic.Checking in patients through the Methasoft system and entering all new patient information into Methasoft.Collecting patient fees, entering them in EMRScheduling patientsFacilitating the intake processMaintaining appropriate boundaries in all contact with patients.Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data and patient identities.Making copies , assembling charts, and ensuring supply available for admissionsChecking Medicaid eligibilityEnsuring a safe work environment for employees and patients.Ensuring an adequate inventory of supplies and equipment, maintaining office equipment,Participating in meetingsPerforming other duties as assigned.Staying up-to-date on industry standards through continuing education, participating in workshops, and continually learning about new front office/receptionist procedures.Occasionally involving light work: exerting up to 20 pounds of force and/or lifting up to 20 pounds.We Are Looking For Someone WhoWorks well in a team environment.Has strong communication skills.Is organized and reliable.Has a desire to help others.Job Type: Full-time40 hours per week schedule will very on company needsBenefits:Retirement planMedical, Dental and Vision insuranceAccrued SickAccrued PTO11 Paid Holidays/yrOvertime paid 1.5__________The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by team members assigned to this classification.
