Key Responsibilities Provide therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning to young adults Document sessions and submit HIPAA compliant documentation using the electronic health record Develop treatment plans and communicate with other teams to support care continuation Required Qualifications Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Active state license in Alaska, with additional licenses preferred Experience in crisis intervention, safety planning, and working with young adults or at-risk populations Strong clinical documentation and assessment skills Background in community mental health or college counseling environments is beneficial
