The position may be based in the firm’s Ann Arbor, Bloomfield Hills, or Detroit offices.Key Responsibilities Include2+ years of consumer financial services litigation experience, including mortgage-related litigationStrong litigation skills (drafting pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, conducting discovery and depositions)Significant case development and management experienceWorking familiarity with both federal and state courtsAdditional Details:This role follows a hybrid in-office schedule, though fully remote arrangements may be considered after onboarding for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and reliabilityRequests for a reduced billable requirement may also be consideredAdmission to the Michigan Bar is requiredDykema is an equal opportunity employer
