If you're a people-person, passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors, and have a background in building relationships within this community, we want to hear from you! Retirees and stay-at-home candidates are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:Build and nurture relationships with local assisted living, memory care facilities, real estate professionals, family-law attorneys, and other senior services providers.Promote our services and grow a referral network to support seniors during their transitions.Represent Caring Transitions at local networking events and community organization meetings to increase brand awareness.What We're Looking For:Experience in the senior services community (assisted living, memory care, etc.) preferred, but we’re open to motivated candidates willing to learn.Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaborativelyOrganized, results-driven, and familiar with CRM tools.Reliable transportation with valid and clear driver’s license required.Perks:Flexible hours, starting part-time with potential full-time in 90 daysPerformance-based incentivesOpportunities for growth in a compassionate, values-driven company.Note, while this is not a "work from home" position, BDR could be working from home as much as 50% of the time some weeks, once trained.  Join our team and help us make a lasting impact in the lives of seniors.
