Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team full time at our Elizabeth, NJ location. This is an on-site role where you will be responsible for supervising daily store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and supporting team development. Your duties will include overseeing sales floor activities, assisting with visual merchandising and inventory management, coaching team members, and meeting store performance goals. You will play a critical role in fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring store efficiency while upholding the brand’s high standards. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and problem-solving abilitiesStrong customer service and interpersonal skills to deliver excellent shopping experiencesExperience with inventory management, store operations, and visual merchandisingSales and performance-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and achieve goalsOrganizational and time management skills with a detail-oriented approachExcellent communication, both verbal and writtenPrevious retail or customer-facing role experience is preferredBachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is a plus
