Ob SummaryThe Project Engineer, MP will play a critical role in supporting the development, deployment, commissioning, and optimization of DISA's Patented HPSA technology for our minerals processing sector. This position involves hands-on engineering work, customer service support, and collaboration with multiple DISA internal teams and external partners. The Project Engineer will be responsible for successful development, construction, and deployment of our HPSA mining units to our Uranium remediation customers. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic start-up environment, wearing multiple hats and contributing to many areas of business development.Education/ ExperienceBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mining, Chemical, Metallurgical, or Minerals Processing Engineering is preferred2-3+ years of experience in project management with a background in engineering required. Supervisor Senior Project Manager, unless otherwise designated.Typical Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project management of equipment deployments from engineering through field commissioningDevelop and manage project schedules, risk registers, and status updates for both internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate across internal teams (engineering, supply chain, production, operations) to drive projects forward on time and on budgetEnsure adherence and implement processes to DISA's internal project workflows and quality standardsServe as the main point of contact for client updates, field execution timelines, and deployment coordinationMonitor readiness of components, labor, and logistics to support commissioning and site operationsLead project risk mitigation strategies, proactively identifying challenges and implementing corrective actionsSupport financial tracking, including change orders and project forecastsPrepare executive-level reporting, synthesizing technical and financial project information into clear updates for leadership and board membersStay current with emerging trends and technologies in minerals processing, remediation, and resource recovery to drive innovationAbide by all policies and procedures established by DISAAttend and participate in all required safety trainings. Assist with any task required by the direct supervisor.
