Overview In this DevOps-focused role, you will architect and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using modern toolchains to support rapid, secure software delivery. You will partner with cross-functional teams to define release strategies, automate artifact governance, and ensure traceability and rollback readiness. You will lead release audits, drive architecture decisions, and mentor peers while integrating microservices with Kafka for real-time data workflows. This role emphasizes hands-on engineering, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. ResponsibilitiesArchitect end-to-end CI/CD pipelines with modern toolchainsDefine release strategies and automation governanceIntegrate secure artifact management and build pipelinesCollaborate with QA, Dev, and Ops for seamless deploymentsLead release audits and optimize rollback and traceabilityMentor team members and contribute to DevOps best practicesIntegrate microservices with Kafka for real-time data streaming and event-driven architectureTroubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system performanceStay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices Key requirements8 years hands-on experience with Spinnaker, Jenkins, Docker, Helm, GitLab CI, Nexus/Artifactory, Kubernetes REST APIs, Docker, KubernetesStrong AWS knowledge (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS)Experience with Kafka for event-driven architecturesStrong SQL and NoSQL database skillsFamiliarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesGood to have TM Vault core banking knowledgeStrong communication and collaboration skillsstrong communicationteam collaborationmentoringSpinnakerJenkinsDocker
