Inside Sales Representative – Telecom Market (Remote/Hybrid)QP Group are partnered with a growing distributor of HDPE innerduct and looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Representative to drive sales within our telecom division throughout the US.What You’ll Do:• Develop and grow relationships with underground utility and telecom contractors nationwide• Sell HDPE innerduct, utility boxes, and steel pipe solutions for telecom infrastructure projects• Manage and expand existing accounts while proactively identifying new business opportunities• Reactivate dormant accounts and turn untapped opportunities into revenue• Conduct nearly all sales activity via phone, email, and virtual communication• Work closely with internal operations and leadership teams to ensure customer success and repeat businessWhat We’re Looking For:• Prior experience selling HDPE, innerduct, utility boxes, conduit, or related telecom infrastructure products• Experience working with underground utility contractors and telecom markets required• Strong inside sales background with excellent phone and communication skills• Proven ability to prospect, close deals, and consistently hit sales targets• Existing industry relationships or a book of business strongly preferred• Self-motivated, competitive, and commission-driven mindset
