Job DescriptionPosition OverviewAs the Director of Sales Operations, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the AEM sales organization. This will involve developing and implementing sales processes, managing sales data and analytics, and supporting the sales team with training, tools, and insights to help achieve revenue targets. We are seeking a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for implementing initiatives to optimize our sales team's performance.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Process Optimization: Develop and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and standardized procedures across the sales organization. Sales Data Management: Oversee the management and integrity of sales data within CRM systems. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and performance. Analytics and Reporting: Generate actionable insights from sales data to support decision-making. Create and maintain dashboards and reports for sales leadership. Sales Tools and Technology: Provide training and support to the sales team on the use of sales tools. Forecasting and Planning: Coordinate the sales forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals. Develop sales plans and quotas in collaboration with sales leadership. Performance Management: Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Support the development and implementation of incentive programs to drive sales results. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and finance teams to align sales strategies with company goals. Education And Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related fieldA minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success. Extensive experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools. Strong background in sales process improvement and performance management. Experience working with cross-functional teams and leading sales operations initiatives. Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze large datasets to drive strategic insights. Proven experience in developing and implementing sales tools and technologies. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to senior management and functional leadership.
