The position offers immediate exposure to all phases of litigation, with the support of experienced colleagues and a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will manage an active caseload, communicate regularly and promptly with clients and carriers, and gain practical experience through depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.
