Job #: 147306 Title: V-22 Product Repair-Mod Tech C Location: MCAS Miramar, CA Salary Range: 38.08 Position: Product Repair-Mod Tech Description: This position supports V-22 aircraft maintenance and modifications, performing inspections, assembly, disassembly, repair, and modifications of aerospace components. The role requires knowledge of Electrical and Avionics or Airframes systems, general aircraft maintenance processes, and the ability to work independently while following detailed instructions and regulatory procedures. The role also involves coordination with engineering and customers, troubleshooting, and ensuring the thoroughness and accuracy of all modifications and repairs. Travel up to 30% may be required to support additional maintenance and modification sites.Requirements:#Job Details*Facility Type: MRO*Aircraft Worked: DoD/Military*Job Duration: Contract - 12 months, possible extension*Schedule: 1st shift, 100% onsite*Tools: Required*Pay Rate: Up to $46.61/hour#Education & Job Requirements*High School Diploma or GED equivalent.*A minimum of 4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational school/Associate+2 years of related work, Bachelor, etc.).*Experience with V-22 Maintenance/Modification.*Must be willing and able to travel to a variety of locations (domestic, Military Bases CONUS plus Hawaii) and for a variety of durations to meet customer needs and the statement of work.*Ability to travel up to 30% as required.*Must be a U.S. Citizen (Secret Clearance Required to Start).#Preferred Skills*FAA Airframe and Powerplant License preferred.*Quality Assurance experience preferred.*Extensive Depot-level modification experience preferred.#Job Duties & Functions*Independently assemble, disassemble, and repair aerospace components using established maintenance practices.*Remove and replace components for repair, replacement, or testing to support serviceability.*Perform functional and diagnostic testing on aerospace systems using monitoring instruments and test equipment.*Document all repairs, modifications, and inspection results following established procedures.*Coordinate assembly, disassembly, or overhaul functions to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.*Resolve routine mechanical or electrical issues, consulting with engineering or the customer as needed.*Inspect components to verify cleanliness and serviceability, and assist with reconciliation of discrepancies.*Perform modifications to satisfy deliverable product requirements.*Ensure all work meets contractual, regulatory, and quality standards.#Physical Requirements & Environment*100% onsite at military installation.*Ability to perform hands-on work in maintenance and modification environments.*Travel up to 30% to support other maintenance sites as required.#TeamGlobal Benefits*Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), and more!*TG Rewards Program*Employee Referral Program
