Seeking 1 3 board-certified or board-eligible providers within five years, ABEM/ABOEM certified, with an active California medical license to work night shifts only, as day-only availability will not be considered. Guaranteed hours are 8 per shift, with overtime applying after 12 hours, however, OT must be pre-approved by the medical director and is not typically expected. Candidates must have at least two years of current hospital clinical activity in their specialty, explaining any gaps over three months. Surgical specialists should include their current case logs.
