Backed by $55M+ in funding, including a $38M Series B with strategic investment from Microsoft’s M12, Zenity is trusted by Fortune 500 enterprises globally.Join us in shaping how AI agents are secured at enterprise scale.What You’ll Do:Employee Experience & CultureLead the local rollout of our global wellbeing and people strategy, tailoring it to the unique needs of our US teamDesign and execute engagement initiatives, team events, and recognition programs that build connection, belonging, and motivationServe as a cultural ambassador — bringing Zenity's values to life in the everyday moments that matterOffice & Site OperationsOversee the day-to-day operations of our New York office, creating a workspace that's functional, organized, and inspiringManage vendor relationships, office budgets, travel coordination, and administrative operations with efficiency and carePeople Operations & Employee LifecycleOwn the end-to-end employee journey — from a warm, seamless onboarding experience to thoughtful offboardingManage HR operations including HRIS data integrity, benefits administration, and US compliancePartner with managers on organizational development, employee relations, and team effectivenessRequirements:3+ years of HR, People Operations, or related experience — startup or high-growth environment strongly preferredSolid knowledge of US employment practices and compliance requirementsA natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a people-first mindsetHighly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning multiple priorities in a fast-moving environmentGenuine passion for culture-building and creating exceptional employee experiencesProficiency in Google Workspace and HR systems (HiBob a plus)Interview Process:Our interview process is designed to be transparent, conversational, and focused on real-world experience.Recruiter Screen (30-45 minutes) – Learn more about Zenity of course! In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for equity and performance-based incentives.
