Construction Site Superintendent Location: Near Phoenix, AZ Salary Range: $80,000 $90,000 Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview Our client is seeking a motivated Construction Site Superintendent to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from start to finish. This role works closely with project managers, field teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Support Assist with planning, scheduling, and execution of projects Support project managers with documentation, timelines, and deliverables Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors Technical & Administrative Tasks Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents Track project progress and update schedules and reports Assist with preparing RFIs, submittals, and change orders Budget & Cost Tracking Monitor project costs and assist with budget tracking Support procurement activities and material coordination Help ensure projects stay within financial targets Communication & Collaboration Serve as a point of contact between project teams and stakeholders Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress Maintain organized project documentation and records
