Shipping And Receiving AssociateJoin the team at McCandless Truck Center - Aurora as a Shipping and Receiving associate. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving of products while maintaining organization and efficiency within the warehouse. This position plays a critical part in our supply chain operations and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory levels Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure smooth workflow Follow company policies and safety regulations consistently RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse environment preferred Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift certification a plus) Strong organizational and communication skills Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy BenefitsCompetitive pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly Opportunity to work in a supportive and team-oriented environment Reliable work schedule with potential for overtime Access to company benefits and development opportunities About the CompanyMcCandless Truck Center - Aurora is a leading provider of truck parts and services dedicated to supporting commercial trucking operations.
