Associate Product Manager

Akkodis is seeking an Associate Product Manager for a Contract with a client in San Antonio, TX / Plano, TX. You will lead data and model management while orchestrating agile development and cross-functional execution to deliver safe, scalable, and user-centric AI solutions. Rate Range: $53/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Associate Product Manager job responsibilities include:Identify high-impact AI/LLM use cases through market research, feasibility assessment, and strategic discovery.Define data requirements, ensure data quality standards, and oversee model training cycles to balance accuracy with performance.Lead AI product development by setting model-specific KPIs (precision, recall), managing the product backlog, and driving agile ceremonies.Design user experiences that present probabilistic AI outputs clearly and implement feedback loops to improve model performance.Ensure AI ethics, safety, and regulatory compliance by identifying risks and establishing strong governance guardrails.Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate product value to stakeholders.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.8-10 years of experience in Product Management, with significant experience in AI/ML or LLM-driven products.Proven ability to lead end-to-end AI product lifecycle-from discovery to deployment-aligned with client expectations.Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills to partner effectively with engineering, data science, and business teams.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
