As the Senior Manager/Manager, Analytics, Performance Marketing at Aritzia, you will combine your deep understanding of digital marketing and eCommerce with your passion for experimentation and masterful analytics skills to drive decisions that will create long lasting relationships with our customers and enhance outcomes for our eCommerce business. And, with the skills you gain in this role, the opportunities are endless – from a rewarding career in Analytics to continued growth and development with Aritzia.THE ROLEAs the Senior Manager/Manager, Analytics, Performance Marketing, you will:Lead the day-to-day function of the Performance Marketing D&A squad in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience for your direct reportsPartner and innovate with Digital, Marketing, Technology, and other business leaders to build and manage a performance marketing D&A strategy, roadmap and prioritized backlogDefine measurement strategies to quantify the performance of various Performance Marketing initiativesLeverage descriptive, predictive and prescriptive methods to provide reliable insights that improve business performance and decision makingVisualize and communicate analyses to the business, including building scalable and insightful reports and dashboards, enabling reliable self-service analytics, and synthesizing and presenting findings at all levels of the departmentCollaborate closely with stakeholders to translate data requirements into tactically and strategically sound data models and leverage various analytical methods to provide reliable insightsInterpret and analyze data using advanced statistical techniques and leveraging tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, Python/R, BigQuery/BigQuery ML, and Google Co-Lab (Notebooks)THE QUALIFICATIONSThe Senior Manager/Manager, Analytics, Performance Marketing has:Experience in Geo-Experimentation and Incrementality Testing: Candidates should have a strong background in designing and conducting geo-experiments to measure the impact of online advertising. This includes knowledge of matched market tests, holdout groups, and incrementality measurement techniquesOperational Efficiency and Continuous Growth: Commitment to operational efficiency and the ability to identify and implement process and system improvements to drive team and business results. Passion for continuous learning and development, with a dedication to growing oneself and elevating analytics acumen amongst the team and stakeholdersData-Informed Decision Making: Ability to support and champion data-informed decisions within the eCommerce and Performance Marketing teams. Experience in leveraging descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive methods to provide reliable insights that improve business performance and decision-makingCollaboration and Leadership: Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners and effectively lead a team of Data Analysts. Experience mentoring team members and leading a community of practice for Data Analysts throughout the Data & Analytics departmentBackground in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, and eCommerceTHE COMPENSATIONAt Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year.
