This position works closely with sales representatives, vendors, and internal departments such as logistics and warehouse.The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced distribution environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and operational support to the sales teamAssist with order entry, pricing updates, and product information requestsCommunicate with sales representatives regarding orders, product availability, and delivery schedulesCoordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillmentTrack and manage customer credits in Excel, ensuring accuracy and proper documentationResolve customer issues or escalate when necessaryQualifications2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative rolesExperience in food distribution, wholesale, grocery, or logistics industries preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsBilingual (English & Spanish)Excellent communication and customer service abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentScheduleMonday-Friday, 8am-5pmPay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceOpportunities for advancementPaid time offVision insurance
