Church Planting/Missions Intern

The Church Planting and Missions Internship beginning May 2026, offers hands-on experience inchurch planting and missions support. This is an in-office, in-person role working 15-20 hours perweek alongside the Director of Church Planting, the Church Planting Coordinator, and the MissionsDirector to advance new church initiatives and global outreach.PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:Perform church planting administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, preparingreports, and maintaining organized records for ongoing projectsCollect and organize data to support active church planters in the field, such as trackingprogress metrics, gathering updates from partner churches, and compiling summaries for leadershipreviewReview applications from prospective church plants, verify completeness of submitted materials,follow up on missing documents, and accurately enter all details into the secure database forevaluationCoordinate short-term missions trips from start to finish, including developing detaileditineraries, securing travel and lodging, setting timelines, creating budgets, and leadingfundraising efforts through campaigns and donor communicationsOrganize group communications via messages, emails, and newsletters to keep teams, volunteers,and supporters informed, aligned, and engaged throughout planning and execution phasesCollaborate directly with the Missions Director on trip logistics, participant onboarding,training sessions, and post-trip debriefs to ensure safety, spiritual impact, and smooth operationsUpdate and maintain church planting and missions websites with fresh content, upcoming events,prayer requests, success stories, and downloadable resources to keep the online presence currentand engagingProvide flexible, proactive assistance to the Church Planting Director and Coordinator on ad-hocprojects, daily operations, meeting preparation, and any emerging needs to support the broadervisionQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:Available to start in May 2026 for a 10-12 week commitmentAble to work 15-20 hours per weekMust successfully pass a background check and drug screenLegally authorized to work in the USFully agree with the SRC Statement of FaithStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with databases, websites, anddigital communication toolsPassion for church planting and global missionsPowered by JazzHR8ms2MsECmW
