We are seeking a Learning & Organization Development Specialist to support enterprise-wide learning and change initiatives. This role partners with stakeholders across the organization to design, deliver, and continuously improve programs that drive performance and organizational effectiveness.
This position is evolving from a primarily structured training role into a more dynamic, change-focused position. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is comfortable operating with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to assess learning and organizational needs and design effective solutions
Support and execute all phases of the Organization Development (OD) lifecycle (assessment, design, delivery, evaluation)
Partner with leaders and stakeholders to support change readiness, communication planning, and adoption of organizational initiatives
Develop engaging learning materials, tools, and communications
Facilitate training sessions and OD programs (in-person and virtual)
Manage program logistics, communications, and LMS updates
Create and maintain project plans, track milestones, and proactively identify risks
Analyze program data and feedback to drive continuous improvement
Support organizational change initiatives, including communication strategies and learning interventions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
Minimum 3+ years of experience in learning, training, OD, or program coordination
Experience participating in organizational change management efforts, including communication planning, stakeholder readiness, adoption activities, and learning interventions that support business transformation
Experience working with or presenting to leaders (Director level or above)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools
Ability to influence without direct authority and build effective relationships across a complex organization

Work Environment
Hybrid schedule with 2–3 days onsite in Yonkers, NY
Occasional travel to local sites as needed
