Senior Actimize DeveloperLocation: Mount Laurel, NJ – OnsiteWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Actimize Developer with strong expertise in NICE Actimize Intelligence Server (AIS), ActOne (Risk Case Manager), and Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) solutions.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, configuring, deploying, and supporting AML case management and regulatory reporting solutions within banking/financial services environments.Top Required SkillsNICE Actimize – AIS & ActOneActimize CTR (Currency Transaction Reporting)Advanced SQL / PostgreSQL + JavaKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, configure, and support NICE Actimize AIS, ActOne, and CTR solutions.Develop and maintain AIS Channels, Execution Plans, Java Plugins, Business Rules, and batch processing.Configure ActOne workflows, case management processes, alert queues, work item views, and user access controls.Implement CTR functionality including filing workflows, validation rules, exemptions, and regulatory reporting.Develop integrations using APIs, databases, messaging, and file-based interfaces.Lead technical design, impact analysis, technical specifications, and end-to-end SDLC activities.Deploy and support Actimize applications in Microsoft Azure environments.Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD, automated deployments, infrastructure-as-code, and environment management.Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions.Collaborate with Business Analysts, Compliance, Operations, Product Owners, and vendors.Participate in code reviews, releases, upgrades, deployments, and post-production support.Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, deployment procedures, and architecture artifacts.Required Technical Skills7+ years hands-on NICE Actimize development.Strong AIS and ActOne experience.Strong Actimize CTR implementation/support experience.AIS Channels, Execution Plans, Java Plugins, Business Rules, alert processing, and workflow case workflows, queues, alerts, work item views, permissions, and security.Advanced SQL and database performance tuning.PostgreSQL preferred; administration, indexing, stored procedures, partitioning, and query Java/J2EE, web services, APIs, multithreading, and performance Azure experience, including AKS, App Services, Storage, Key Vault, Monitor, and Application Insights.Docker, Kubernetes, and/or OpenShift.CI/CD using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.Cloud security, secrets/certificate management, RBAC, and enterprise deployment practices.Experience supporting highly available, mission-critical production environments.Knowledge of AML, Financial Crime Compliance, Transaction Monitoring, CTR, SAR, KYC, and regulatory reporting.
