Scientist II – Cardiometabolic Disease Research 📍 U.S.-based | 🧪 Clinical & Scientific (R&D)🕒 Full-time | No travel requiredWe are seeking a Scientist II to support oncology research initiatives, with a strong focus on immunology and molecular biology. This role will contribute to T cell target validation and collaborate across research teams to drive project advancement.Key ResponsibilitiesApply and develop molecular biology methods to support T cell target validationDesign, execute, and troubleshoot experiments efficientlyAnalyze data and clearly communicate findings to cross-functional teamsCollaborate within the Oncology Research team to support decision-makingPrepare and deliver scientific presentations and reportsContribute to external publications (posters, journals)Operate and maintain laboratory equipmentMaintain accurate records in compliance with SOPs and regulatory standardsEnsure all work is performed safely and in accordance with guidelinesRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong background in cellular and molecular biologyHands-on experience with:Cell culture (aseptic techniques)Immune cell isolationELISA / MSD / AlphaLISA assaysRT-qPCRWestern BlotExperience with flow cytometry (multi-color design, execution, and analysis preferred)Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Prism)Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to work effectively in a collaborative research environmentQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Immunology, Oncology, or related field1+ years of relevant research experienceU.S. work authorization required (Green Card or U.S. Citizen)Nice to HaveExperience with advanced immunology techniques and technologiesExposure to oncology-focused research environments👉 Interested?
