Litigation Paralegal (Contract-to-Hire) – In-House

About the Role:We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal with hands-on civil litigation experience to support an in-house legal team in Phoenix. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, ideal for candidates who are currently available and open to transitioning into a permanent role.What You’ll Do:Manage discovery, including document review, organization, and production.Assist with drafting pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.Prepare for trial: organize exhibits, coordinate witnesses, and maintain case files.Collaborate with internal counsel and outside firms nationwide.Review contracts for accuracy and compliance.Support matters involving debt claims, collections, and/or garnishments.Track cases using legal case management systems.What We’re Looking For:3+ years of civil litigation experience (plaintiff, defense, or collections/garnishments).Strong discovery and trial prep experience.Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.Proficiency with legal document management and case tracking tools.Must be local to Phoenix, AZ and available to work onsite.Must be available to start on a contract basis (not ideal for currently employed candidates seeking direct hire only).
