Benefits: Company car Company parties Competitive salary Flexible schedule Free uniforms Training & development Maintenance Technician Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and hands-on Fleet & Asset Operations Manager to take full ownership of our fleet, warehouse assets, and operational systems. This is a leadership role responsible for ensuring our vehicles, tools, and systems are fully operational, properly tracked, and continuously improving—without the need for oversight. MPORTANT REQUIREMENT THIS IS AN ON-CALL POSITION. You must be available to respond to urgent fleet or asset-related issues outside of normal business hours, including vehicle breakdowns and critical operational needs. Schedule Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM On-call as needed Key Responsibilities Fleet Management (14 Vehicles) Oversee and maintain company fleet Ensure all preventative maintenance is completed (zero missed PMs) Coordinate repairs and minimize downtime Track fuel, mileage, and maintenance costs Hands-On Mechanical Responsibilities (REQUIRED) Brake replacements Tire changes and replacements Battery replacements Minor repairs and troubleshooting Engine or transmission experience is NOT required. Systems Ownership Manage Samsara (GPS tracking, driver behavior) Manage Fleetio (maintenance tracking, reporting) Maintain accurate dashboards and reporting Identify and solve issues before they escalate Asset & Warehouse Management Track all tools and equipment Maintain a clean, organized warehouse Conduct routine audits (98%+ accuracy) Assign and track assets to technicians Reset Day (Every Thursday – Critical Role) Thursday is our company-wide “Reset Day.” All technicians return to restock inventory, address vehicle issues, and resolve equipment needs. You will be responsible for running this entire operation. Reporting & Accountability Submit weekly reports (fleet status, issues, risks) Maintain full visibility—no surprises Ensure all issues are resolved within 48 hours Performance Expectations (KPIs) 95–100% fleet uptime Zero missed preventative maintenance 98%+ asset tracking accuracy 100% on-time reporting Qualifications Fleet management or strong mechanical experience required Experience with Samsara, Fleetio, or similar systems preferred Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong problem-solving and communication skills Able to work independently and take full ownership This Role Is NOT For Individuals who require constant direction Poor communicators Disorganized or reactive workers Those unwilling to take accountability
