GA Aspire & Girls U15-19 Director

Primary:Manage all aspects of the GA Aspire program in collaboration with HoC and GA DirectorHead Coach 1-2 GA Aspire teamsCollaborate with the Head of Coaching-Competitive, GA Director, Boys U15-19 Director, Girls U13-14 Director, and Girls U11-12 Transition Director. Responsible for working with the Head of Coaching-Competitive to build and sustain a successful Girls Premier U11-19 program through effective leadership in all facets of the program.Secondary: Responsible for working collaboratively with the Executive Director, Boys U11-14 DoCs, MLS Next Director, and Head of Coaching-Competitive, Operations Director, and Competitive Administrator to build and sustain a successful competitive soccer program for U15-19 girls and coaches (Red and below) through effective leadership in all facets of the program (.Must have a C license and previous experience coaching and managing in a National Platform program (GA, Aspire, MLS Next, EA, DPL etc.)CANDIDATE MUST BE LEGALLY AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE U.S. THE CLUB WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST WITH OBTAINING VISA OR GREEN CARD
