The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for engaging with clients to provide assistance, address inquiries, and resolve concerns. Daily tasks include managing customer support interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining positive customer experience, and acting as a trusted representative of the organization. Clear communication and problem-solving skills are essential to excel in this position. Qualifications Strong skills in customer service, customer support, and maintaining customer satisfactionExperience in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and addressing customer needsProficiency in interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to handle challenges professionally and provide timely resolutions to client concernsPrior experience in customer-related roles or nonprofit work is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are advantageous
