We pride ourselves on professionalism, a fast-paced environment, and a supportive team culture.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable, organized Heavy Truck Service Writer / Parts Professional for a dual-role position at our busy terminal. You will act as the central hub of our daily operations—handling front-counter customer service, coordinating repair workflows, sourcing parts for our technicians, and maintaining accurate digital service records.Key ResponsibilitiesService Coordination: Greet customers, answer phones with excellent etiquette, listen to service requests, and write up accurate heavy-duty truck and RV repair orders.Parts Procurement: Source, order, and manage parts requests for technicians to ensure vehicle downtime is kept to a absolute minimum.Workflow & Billing: Utilize shop software to manage service records, generate customer invoices, and coordinate schedules to maximize shop efficiency.Customer Satisfaction: Actively resolve customer inquiries and communicate effectively with team members and vendors to ensure seamless operations.Qualifications & SkillsCustomer-First Mindset: Strong customer service skills with a commitment to driver and fleet satisfaction.Industry Familiarity: Prior experience in heavy truck service, automotive service writing, or heavy-duty parts counters is a strong plus.Computer Literacy: Proficient in using shop management systems, digital parts catalogs, and managing electronic service records.Detail & Multitasking: Ability to stay organized, manage attention to detail, and multitask effectively in a fast-paced shop environment.Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is advantageous.License: Valid Driver’s License (Preferred).What We Offer (Benefits)Competitive Hourly PayHealth Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanLife InsuranceDisability CoveragePaid Vacation & Paid Personal DaysPaid HolidaysAPPLY TODAY!Come build a career with a stable, local industry leader.
